Lymphatic Support

A session aimed to promote tissue regeneration, restore mobility and prevent scar tissue buildup.
We may also work to release your lower back, diaphragm, upper back and any tension through your abdominal area.

Chronic Constipation

For: People who are currently experiencing constipation, chronic constipation or cyclical constipation.

Why? Chronic constipation can increase your chance of pelvic pain and impact the body’s detoxification pathway.
Excess oestrogen is removed via bowel movement which is important to keep inflammation low.
When constipated oestrogen can build up increasing inflammation and pain.
By managing constipation the body has a better chance of reducing inflammation, removing waste effectively and decreasing pelvic pain flares.
